Seventeen Prom
Courtesy of our friends over at Just Jared Jr., you can now get your first look at Shake It Up! besties Bella Thorne and Zendaya Coleman on the upcoming covers of the 2013 issue of Seventeen Prom! Though neither are of age to experience her own senior prom just yet (Bella’s 15; Zendaya’s 16), both are dishing out their biggest prom secrets, including dream dresses and asking guys out…
Bella says of her ideal gown, ”I think that since it’s prom, you should definitely wear a long dress. You can wear a short one anytime! This is the moment when you get to be a princess, and for me, that means a sweetheart neckline, long, then pouf — out and big.”
For Zendaya, a girl asking a boy to be her date is a no-no: “It’s every girl’s dream to be asked to prom in some cute, romantic way. You know how you have the way it’s supposed to be in your brain? It’s a vision. I want my fairy-tale moment!”
But if you’re not quite into the big night just yet, the duo also talks dating! At the moment, Z says, ”I am not [dating anyone right now]! I just turned 16, and I’m now allowed to date, but I’m not trying to rush into anything. I’m letting things happen the way they naturally would. It would be nice [to have a boyfriend], but I’m not like, ‘Ooh, I need a boyfriend.’”
